The Fear Learning and Anxiety Response application was designed and developed to support research conducted by the EDIT Lab at the Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry Centre at King’s College London.

This study looks at how people learn to be anxious about new things, and how they learn that some things that make them feel anxious might not always be unpleasant. The solution enables gathering of research data by asking study participants to complete a number of tasks and questionnaires, which helps understand how they feel and react to a number of different situations.

  • FLARe system also allows integration with other research systems such as Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression (GLAD)
  • Allows the participant to complete the assessments in a few easy steps
  • Compatible across both Apple and Android mobile platform
  • Admin portal
  • Portal that is used by the researchers to set up experiments
  • The portal allows the import/export of data in a user friendly format
  • Ability to create different groups of researchers/participants who can create experiments
