Our research showed us very clearly that users need different things, at different times, delivered in different ways. Throughout Alpha phase, we began defining what this means for individual users and why.
From the get-go, we set out to Identify, track and analyse a multitude of user behaviours and actions throughout the user’s journey to, within, and beyond the service so that we could continuously develop and evolve the service to become more intuitive earlier in the journey.
We continued evolving the design and development throughout Beta phase, and an extended Beta Live phase. This means that we have continued to test and validate and improve the service throughout the project life cycle.
